So i had a Hosps prac today, for some weird reason the teacher moved my partner and myself apart, even though she said you need to work in partners, he got paired with a guy called 'risk' (unofficial nick name?).
As i control my laughter at this pair up, after a series of events, i some how fished cooking a main and desert before any other pairs, the teacher at first was like 'dont worry, ill help you out abit' she never did, but my food came out decent, since i was multi tasking like a bitch.
Dishes we cooked to day was an omelet which had bacon and onion, and a cream caramel.
we had to melt white sugar, for those who haven't done this before, it requires alot of attention and time since if you stuff up...well start again. it also gets very hot, Risk some how failed to follow the recipe even though i had warned him prior, well after the series of events, he ended up just being the dish washer for his partner.
fun but hectic prac day, and i was like cbbbbs too.
