The magic mouse is awesome, but it hurts my wrists since i always seem be be scrapping the table. This is because the mouse it self is very, i repeat VERY small (height wise), the awesome features about it are the no buttons part, and the multi touch stuff, but its kinda hard while playing sc2...(almost lost to a medium lvl ai...gosh alvan is such a noob )
the keyboard is quite easy to use, but the first few hours i was like "WTF?! the command is for a up arrow+square shaped thing+m for mini view for itunes..wtf?!"
well after going on the apple home web site it lets me know that the up arrow represents shift, how ever the icon for option is just fked up imo, its like a root icon. the short cuts are nice, but atm i do not know how to use the actual f1-12 keys since most are hot keyed to other going instantly into the dash board (similar to win7's gadgets or w.e their called), to adjust the brightness, volume and music commands.
Some programs for win7 is different for mac, e.g msn and skype , mac gets a old shitty version of the two programs, msn doesn't have 1/2 of the features for windows, and skype doesn't have the new beta software for multi video conference, my cousin told me to use ichat, which has the power to have up to 4 people! so now i have a AIM account too (sigh so many accounts)
overall ITS SO WEIRD!!!
thanks godmother for the awesome pressie though
ps: playing around on the mac has made me lazy, dont want to leave the house! (will tomorrow though, just use these two days as rest days for my muscullllls)
| the mac is sooo shinny!!!(and the screen is so much bigger than my old one!) |
